Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI) to drive innovation in emerging technologies.
The partnership will witness collaboration in developing solutions around digital, data analytics, data sciences, artificial intelligence and machine learning. CMI will offer academic assistance and promote research in mathematics and computer science.
Through the MOU both CMI and LTI will encourage research in these streams and train tech profesionals to make them future ready by building knowledge sharing platforms like joint seminars, events and worshops to be conducted at CMI / LTI campus. Moreover, students will be offered short-term and long-term projects and internships in data science.
