BYJU’S to Acquire Aakash Educational Services Ltd Through a Strategic Merger

BYJU’S have decided to acquire Aakash Educational services in a strategic merger, both being two of the largest and most-trusted education brands in India. This acquisition will combine Aakash’s pedagogy expertise in the test-prep segment with BYJU’S content and tech capabilities. BYJU’S will make further investments to accelerate Aakash’s growth.
